Malaria transmission in Nigeria is heterogeneous at lower spatial scales, and understanding the drivers of transmission can inform decisions on where interventions should be prioritized. In this joint talk with Chilo Chiziba, we discussed our statistical modeling work aimed to identify factors associated with high levels of malaria transmission within urban and rural areas.
